RETAIL BASEMENT SPACE

Hello! 


I recently gutted a 3000 sq ft basement under 8800 sq ft, 7 unit older/ smaller retail shopping. Tenants include dog groomer, record shop,  women's consignment,  hair salon, and daycare. 

I'm trying to come up with ideas on this basement space that consists of 8 ft ceilings if anyone has ideas??
