It's wild how much interest rates have jumped since the Summer.

You are right, there is a chance of HOAs running wild, but, that can be deterred by doing your homework and making a judgement call on how the property was managed in the past.

It's quite rural with wildlife such as an occasional panther, bear or wild boar.
