The reason for the debt is because of the homeowner did not pay the tourist development tax. i suspect he used the home as a vacation home and never gave the county their tax.The lien paperwork says the following tax in the amount to be determined by filing the required tax return or as determined by the tax collector ( this can be scary ).Any advise on how to proceed ?

Tourist trap and it's not good.Instead, go to:Big shakes hot chicken and fish, Princes hot chicken, Pepperfire, 400 Degrees.Those places serve real hot chicken.
