Or, you might ask for something else like the ability to do lease options in TX.You need to be able to express why the current law is a problem, articulate a tailored solution that isn't likely to have unintended consequences, and explain the benefits of the proposed change to the legislator's constituency to your representative (more likely his intern.)

More and more, our guys are implementing CRM systems to better track their leads and automate much of the follow-up.There are inexpensive web-based CRMs like Zoho (https://www.zoho.com/crm/) and Podio (https://podio.com/) but you'll have to do a lot of customization.REIMobile (http://reimobile.com/) is a decent low-cost solution (from Lead Propeller) that is already tailored for RE investor processes. And don't forget Top Producer (http://www.topproducer.com/) which is used by many agents & brokers.

Originally posted by @Gerald Perez:@Brian Carr Hey Brian,So I got a call last Saturday and did a phone interview for about an hour. They had me fill out a questionnaire regarding what My values were and what are my 3 month, 6 month, 12 month goals for real estate and what were my financial goals as well. Then they asked me about my lines of credit and and how much I have saved up towards starting my business including savings and current 401k etc. They stated they did not want account information or anything like that, it was for them to get an idea on how they can tailor the course according to the resources i have (felt a little weird about that) but still continued.Last question of the interview they stated in order to work with Jerry in partnership and be part of his network, they asked if I was willing to liquidate every penny I had in order to break into this opportunity working hand in hand.I hesitantly replied yes, and they said I will be having a second interview this coming week with Jerry’s direct partner to go over details and to see if I qualify. Then if only then if I am 100% to go into the program I will go from there. At least that’s what they have said.I’ll keep this up to date after the 2nd interview and see how it goes.
