It takes a while and You can always cancel it but you must get the ball rolling .look ..Another month is going to roll around and you’ll be left wringing your hands shaking your head wondering where the rent is and what you can do .

They should be able and ready to show you some props, take you around town, answer questions, shake your hand.

Don't ask why, but when I see the breakdown to put in a $15 part (no matter how important it is), I shake my head. 

It could have been a bad patch or previously damaged and then some new stress, temperature, shaking, vibration, etc could have caused it to fall.

Sure I may have to pay a little more in interest , (not really though), but its really worth it to me to talk to one of the men in charge of things as opposed to the 20 year old metro sexual in a fancy suit that just got hired on and is looking to "shake" things up and if I would just take his advice my business would skyrocket.

I like the prior posts as tax delinquent people tend not to respond to anything but a good shaking, in person, and that requires a door knock and a principal who opens the door.Also, they may not live at the subject property and have to be located, sometimes "skip traced" and that located visited in person, often multiple times because these people have busy schedules, evidenced by their priorities eclipsing their need to protect these properties from loss.
