The overwhelming sentiment amongst travel nurses is that Florida is the biggest dud because housing is expensive and per diem rates are ridiculously low compared to other states so I wouldn't bank on a robust travel nurse clientele anywhere in FL. 

The conversation was on the whole very good as there were some things that I hadn't considered that my wife and I need to tend to in order to shore up some potential areas for vulnerability.Stuff like building a trust to secure our assets and make the transfer of not only financial instruments, but also real estate to heirs.What was a less productive part of the conversation was his penchant for arguing that buying equities is a far superior investment option over a robust real estate portfolio.  

With smaller industry here in Tulsa it is more difficult to flip properties for top dollar than in more robust cities.

I checked out a bunch of them like investorfuse, investor PO, and others I don't remember, and none of them were quite robust enough for my needs.

Alcohol as a gift can be a bad choice if you don't know your audience.
