Thanks a bunch Bryan, currently its tented ,both sides , after a tenant lease is up next mouth ill move in one side and rehab will I live in and ask the tenants would like to move in the the remodel side and ill remodel the other

I even expect to get charged 300 a sq. ft. for remodeling cost knowing could shop for 180 a sq. ft. and sell lower than A.R.V. and still make Profit.

My goal is certainly at some point to be involved in higher end flips (upper middle class anyway) because that’s the type of remodeling I enjoy doing but the reality is that my cash is limited.
