Hi fellow BP'ers,

I'm to BP and REI. I live in the Phoenix metro (Chandler/Gilbert) and am looking to potentially get into buy and hold properties in the Phoenix area. I just moved to this area a few months ago, so I'm looking to connect with others, whether they are new or experienced, in REI to increase my knowledge.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome Dillon.  Lots of great info and people at Bigger Pockets.  There is a montly meet-up with BP Members and the next one will be on the east side.  If you're interested message me and I'll get you the email of the organizer.

Susan
