Purchase price: $190,000 Cash invested: $62,000 On market as of 11/30/2024.

In the self storage market, they have ratios based on population to determine demand.

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.
