Her job transferred her up here to Connecticut.   

I live with my In-Laws and in the process of transfering the home into my name.

You can transfer the properties from your name into an LLC.

I am a licensed agent under a certified brokerage and we buy the home and then sell the homes to the flippers/renters and take care of the transaction,  clear and marketable title transfer.

Of course that floor joist carried all the weight of the roof, transferring to downstairs wall, so we had to stop the job, get a structural engineer and have a fix done. 

But I was transferred by my company overseas this year (just as I finished the remodel),but found great renters and a good price. 

So automatically I assumed if I transfer my home in MD to a conventional loan, how would that work for me..

The husband was being transferred for his job needing to relocate and they needed to sell quickly.

We been call one of our interns Big Data, because of how much he loves to dissect and disseminate all the points in a cogent thought report for someone to read.
