The library is fantastic, City Point is nice, and the City launched a cold homeless shelter for its residents a couple years ago.

They have a great mission helping homeless youth.

HiMy friend has a property in Pueblo Colorado.His tenant has been paying late since the beginning of his lease in March, hasn’t paid October saying he was laid off due to COVID19.A local attorney said that if My friend starts an eviction procedure, the tenant may claim in court that he is unemployed due to COVID and will be homeless if evicted, in which case the court will allow the tenant to stay.Does anyone here has an idea or success with evicting a non paying tenant these days?

Without getting a single dollar.Plus the homeless crisis, crime etc.I hate to be so negative, but I would look elsewhere if you really want to succeed.

By the time I found a homeless person I opened the trunk and the water was frozen.

In my area there is a string of homeless people who move from place to place.  

At the end of the day if you buy the property with wiggle room you can walk away with a great property, and a great return.The cool part is this started as my five year old daughter drew a very interesting blue print of the house she wanted to build for the homeless...That started our interest, and we closed on this building March 16th, 2018 which just happens to be her B-Day!
