They know how to find every little thing and know what stuff cost to get done, but you should always be able to get it done for slightly less (10%).Its more work to "set up a team", but holy cow is it an amazing feeling to have a routine to most aspects of your business.

I’m not saying you’re a scam but these mortgage brokers just could be extra cautious about stuff like this It also could be some mortgage brokers are able to find some loan for most(80-90%+) of their buyers.

Some surprises I've had in this area:Sheriff kicked door down in one house b/c they had a warrant from a previous tenantFound a gun in one house (ended up being a BB gun but looked like a 357 revolver)Had tenants leave the house, left all their stuff, and never heard from them again, after living there for only a few monthsHad a water leak in a ceiling that flooded my garage and damaged ceiling in dining areaOn the positive side, have provide safe, affordable, clean housing for some great people.

When they prove they know their stuff, I'll listen and keep listening...when they are clueless though I know not to bother wasting any more of anyone else's time because they'll eventually run out of marketing dollars and disappear.
