Is the person working on vehicles during late hours, making noise disturbing others, your tenant or a neighbor?  

As well as on that 9-5 grind (in my case working graveyards) busting my butt day in and day out to save as much capital as possible to make that first purchase.

Eventually it becomes White Noise. 

I've tried staying positive throughout this transition and just grinding away every day working endless hours, but the days seem short because I'm on my own time and I'm doing something I love doing.

@Robert Jordan  Unfortunately those rules are there for a good reason and help keep those STR markets 'healthy' by making sure residential properties don't have too many people for safety and noise complaints. 

When I see a house I make lots of noises going through the house.

If you grind enough by driving for dollars you might find yourself face to face with an investor.

They sleep around 16-18 hours a day, wake up to eat, use the bathroom, bark at strange noises they hear and then go back to sleep.  

We usually stop when we have maybe 80% less noise, it is almost impossible to achieve 100%.
