I would build a house anytime as long as the client can pay me what I need to make a good profit.What happens in a recession is that the trickle down process kicks in....the people at the top tighten up their $$ and the whole market sort of freezes.

I’ve been super busy at work and dealing with issues at the commercial building I purchased mid 2017 (hard freeze, busted water lines, been down a week) and missed the last 2 BP podcast!
