Hello - is anyone else facing the issue of being unable to retrieve the tenant screen report?

You'll find that most larger Midwest cities, currently have a better "bang for the buck" than anywhere else in the country.

I'm curious who else has had this problem with their first property and how did you get over it?

Problem is she does not want to go and if she gets removed via the protective order she is still on the lease so I cant just move someone else in unless she willingly signs off on the lease or I have to evict her.

For those who read this later, these are my opinions only, no one else's, from 30 years of experience.

We literally got a 4 star review overall because there wasn't "enough tp" in the house and because the linens are provided in sealed bags and not on the beds, but everything else " was great".

Is this in reference to setting up your QBO account or something else?

Basically once someone bids, the auction extends for another 1-2 minutes... and it goes back and forth until there is a winning bid (everyone else quits bidding).

You should either do a househack as someone else suggested, or consider a passive investment into a syndication opportunity for non-accredited investors, or through a reg CF offering.
