Yup just one.Then, they are cheaper, so less risk to your financial status if something goes wrong.Easier to fix, no basement and everything is accessible if you love spiderwebs, raccoons and other mysterious creatures that lurk in the dark.Buyers know what to expect so you really have to do a piss poor job if someone walks in and they are disappointed by your finishes. etc. etc.If you are looking for rentals...That is your best bet with mobile homes in my opinion.

I was soon equally disappointed when after a few clicks, the menus expanded back out to what I was seeing last night and only see the facebook-style list of name, location, number of posts, and all the other irrelevant stuff.
