I feel the same way I did when facebook changed a few years ago... old.I agree with Jeff, I like the old version a lot better (no offense :D ), At first I was refreshing my page like 5 times and Im like hmmm.

It just helps smarter and more powerful or more criminally inclined people to take advantage of others.Anyone can cite just as many examples of regulation being necessary as you can point out govt screwing things up.

i agree brandon..i don't charge an application fee...so many tenants are aware of the application scam and they dont apply bc they don't want to lose their 20 or 30 bucks..i don't charge a fee..yes i get a lot of dead-ends this way, but i don't pay for a service...i use the internet to look up as much info as possible, google their name, search local county criminal records for their name, verify references, etc.

Sorry, and no offense intended here, but agents are real estate sales professionals...last time I checked, not negotiators.

Personally I think a lot of people spend to much time in their head when it comes to a "marketing campaign".No offense to Jon - I am just reading your post as I type this in the quick reply box...but I will use what you said as a good example.I want to rent a house.

I'd put some large area rugs in those rooms, the crazy tile patterns won't be so offensive as an interesting border.

I know a retirement "guru" on one of the podcasts suggested this, which to me is almost criminal and made me question anything he said after this.
