Extreme wealth isn't my goal I just want to be able to live and travel with the support of adequate passive income.I am fully aware it's not a get rich quick scheme or over night millions but I feel like I need to take this path otherwise I'm going to hate myself for not trying.

This semi-detached project has some large tiled areas, so we are using some neutral light grey tile, and combined with an oak floor, darker walnut style cabinets, and white quartz counters makes for a timeless looking package that can suit many colours of paint and furnishings.With the drywall project half done, it is time to really go back and take a hard look at the schedule.

, but geared to still making it attractive to folk that have little/no deposit, even though their/your repayments would be MORE than if they/you were able to buy the home at a (normally sought) cash/securely-funded DISCOUNT.I believe some rent-to-own schemes have been deemed illegal under Dodd-Frank guidelines, which mean that these days, they're mostly set up as Lease-Only, but with a SEPARATE Option-to-Buy Contract that has you paying a NON-refundable down payment (annually?)

The difference is that you now own the maintenance and can't rely on the landlord to replace the water heater or AC.This sounds like a fantastic scheme for someone to collect interest from you forever, then reclaim the property if something goes wrong.Unless if I'm missing something....

Locally you should try and join APIA (Auckland Property Investors Association https://www.apia.org.nz/ ) its great for networking and education events and as its part of the national Property investors Federation you get discount schemes etc as well.
