Seattle is about as unfriendly a city for rental owners as they get.https://www.seattle.gov/sdci/codes/common-code-questions/sho...They are not banned but read the code from top to bottom and decide from there.Regarding the downpayment and mortgage, it will depend on the condo.

Blasting out emails just using a regulare IP address is a good way to get banned for spam.Constant Contact, Survey Moneky, iContact, etc. all monitor for spam and thus usually keep themselves and YOUR emails off spam lists.

It's also worth noting to them how different Airbnb's rating system is compared to most, and make sure to note that Airbnb may de-list/ban any properties whose rating score drops below 4.5.
