I am very curious why I am not hearing many people talking about the ban on evictions and the loss of rent?!

Also, as of a month ago or so the entire county has banned short-term rentals unless you live in the property full-time and rent out a room.

Blasting out emails just using a regulare IP address is a good way to get banned for spam.Constant Contact, Survey Moneky, iContact, etc. all monitor for spam and thus usually keep themselves and YOUR emails off spam lists.

But I agree, ban requiring a seller to do any minimum buyer broker fee, that should be obvious.

Just missed the Covid eviction ban so I got very lucky that it worked out.

It's also worth noting to them how different Airbnb's rating system is compared to most, and make sure to note that Airbnb may de-list/ban any properties whose rating score drops below 4.5.
