I am currently listening to and taking notes on the BP podcast, Cardone Zone, and Flipping Junkie.My situation is that I have the convenience of receiving $1700 a month for living expenses when school is in session thanks to the GI Bill, so paying a $600 mortgage is very achievable.

I would only need one session (4 hours max) and would pay a fair wage.

Hi, I have a question like in lease it's mentioned that if tenant sue landlord and judge dismiss the case in that case tenant has to pay for landlord's attorney fee.then later tenant sues the landlord over security deposit dispute but loses the case.in the courtroom judge says case is dismissed , so at what point tenant  pays for landlord's attorney fee.because during the court session attorney fee's was not discussed, will landlord now sue tenant in a new case for attorney's fee retrieval.

He is very responsive as we have questions throughout the year and has shared suggestions throughout our tax planning sessions.

Currently all we do is a 2 hour session from 6pm to 8pm at a buffalo wild wings party room that is mostly networking and some meetups we have a 20-30 minute presentation on something REI related from a local investor or service professional. 

I should probably go to our TREIA meetings or the other deal-making sessions around here.

The general session is always free, there will be a wholesaler speaking this Weds who is very experienced.

As a recent graduate, I can assure you that college students will pay for year-long leases regardless of the school session.
