I would like to get financing on an abandoned commercial multifamily property in Tacoma WA.  

Probably the best is to find out where she is moving to, hire movers to move all of her belongings, into storage if necessary 

I currently live in the Tacoma, Wa area and own a townhouse here, purchased in 2020.

She's had access to her things and has already sent a demand note with the cost for the movers to move her items which is clearly untrue.

Nothing too crazy, but maybe a Tacoma for around $30k or so.

I'm always a little wary of national firms, but it seems like he's local to my area (Tacoma is about 40 minutes from where I live in Seattle).

You work in a Real Estate office, you should be able to see who the movers and shakers are.
