We primarily invest about an hour southwest of the city, and have been looking for the last two years for opportunities in the city.

I got my license to help me as I invested in buy and holds in the Chicago near southwest suburbs near Oak Park.

The group meets 1st Saturday of each month in the Southwest Fort Worth area.

While this does happen in other areas of the country it is unique to specifically FL and the south west.  

My quick stab...Steamboat Springs, CO (Southwest just started flying here, ranked best ski town last year)Summit County, CO (sheer population boom to Denver is no brainer)Lake Tahoe, CA (second home boom in Truckee, Incline Village, etc. areas from mass exodus of Bay Area) Park City, Utah (proximity to airport and large/growing population base)Not sure of #5, maybe Stowe VT (Burlington) area 

From my due diligence I learned the southwest side of town is not very desirable and I was told it has a meth problem there.

Hello bp members, I am currently looking for 2-4 unit multi families near south west cook county areas.

A southwest Florida property.  1/2 mile from the beaches.   

The tilting floors are a give away.I know that you don't want to be to the northeast of a cranberry bog as pesticides sprayed by helicopter are carried by the prevailing southwest winds.It's that level of detail that automation just won't be able to replace.I agree that the old school style of brokerage with the big office with plate glass windows on Main St might want to re-think things.
