I am learning as much as I can about Tax sales and recently found a property that was in a good area to rent.

I'm looking for some advice in regards to a property I recently found.

I recently found a property I was interested in and upon further research revealed it was under contract until 30 Nov 2017 (per listing agent) The property could not be shown until that contract expired.  

Fast forward a few months and I've just completed my first Live-in Flip and am now renting out the basement for income. 

I recently found a potential rental home in southeast Texas. 2 bed, 1 bath and 1064 sqft.

I’m a registered nurse and, while I make a decent amount now, I want to buy rental properties to hold in order to build up enough wealth to support me in my retirement.My real estate background is minimal, which is why I’m so happy I recently found Bigger Pockets via Pintrest.

Maybe I've just been listening to Dave Ramsey too much!

We recently found out that one of our properties doesn’t have water hook up to it.

I've just begun researching cities such as Kansas City, Cincinnati, Fayetteville, several coastal cities in North and South Carolina, couple of places in Oregon, and numerous college towns scattered throughout the country.

To the bank I am refinancing with, I've just showed up with a property in excellent condition, so I am not sure why I would have to wait 6 months or 12 months to refi.
