Without knowing details of New Mexico state law, I would believe Matt's council provided the best guidance for Matt in the context of this post.

I'm not expecting to receive legal council here, just other investors experience from similar situations.

Call the local police to ask about their involvement there, and if possible try to talk to the town council on a one on one basis.

@Sean Matthews living in Texas, and setting up an LLC is not overly difficult to do on your own; however, it is always best to seek the council of an attorney.

The VP of Greater Sacramento Economic Council is a good friend of mine, and he has informed me of negotiations with a large employer that have been completed.

The City Council will vote on the new proposed regulations August 8th.

It seems that zoning and COs have some gray areas and I've read that in some cities people are constructing new apartment complexes but calling them extended stays in order to get them past City council.

This would hedge your cashflow risks as well.Alternatively, buy there, live there, and lobby to get it changed/run for city council.
