Maybe check out "haunted hotels" or "haunted tourist experience" on google and see if you can find some good marketing examples out there of people in similar situations.

I presume you are working with a reputable, local agent who knows the City well and will place you in an area where it will be easy to rent - the areas in which you look will differ depending on whether you plan to rent to Parisian(ne)s or short-term rentals to tourists.
