I need all the insight I can get on the area before I invest.

Most real estate seminars tend to be pep rally sessions to motivate individuals using various psychological techniques more than providing information and insights based on research that you can't find elsewhere.What seminars have you attended where it did not feel like blowing smoke up your glass?

However, I've also seen feedback that eXp is best for seasoned agents (which I am not), and new agents may not get the support they need, unless they have a good sponsor.Any feedback or insights on selecting a brokerage from part-time agents would be extremely appreciated.

Rob's niche isn't for everyone, but he sure has brought me a lot of value.Each of the hosts has brought to bear a form of their personal expertise (love me some Henry Washington insights!).

If your making SOOOooo much money, and can't (don't want to) simply read through a posting to understand it and reply with good insight BEFORE you reply or post something, then don't!
