We don't want prospective tenants seeing anything unclean, and we don't want current tenants claiming items were broken or stolen by people viewing the unit.

We have had our Furnaces Stolen, Copper Pipes, Siding off the houses, and water heaters in between renters.  

I would say , the house was empty , someone must have broken in and stolen your stuff . 

If they were stolen, well, that's what insurance is for.

When the locks were changed, my guy tells me the AC Condenser was stolen. 

Would you open a store because you could get a good deal on the rent and fixtures and then try to come up with money for merchandise?

what are some strategies being used to prevent your buyer from stealing your deal. (waiting out or failing to close and stealing your deal).

Was just on my monthly mastermind call tonight and one of the guys has a property for sale in a lower level neighborhood (not D, really an ok C) because he was tired of replacing HVAC units from them (or the copper in them) being stolen.
