But even so, that's not much experience to be teaching RE for those that have such aspirations, if they do.I probably should have put all this in Will's thread "The truth about wholesaling" , it's long but might be a good read.I suggest you simplify your life, understand your customers and don't get into things that you don't need to get into.

Or, I am in a spot, where I likely could live off my passive income, but that would require me to simplify my life and expenses more than I wish to.
