I have used both styles in pic's 1&2 , really don't see the necessity of pencil line unless you are using stone , seems the subway tile is a lesser upgrade to a house, therefore not justifiable for end user,just sayin...

The house was built in 2004 as a craftsman style house and is very spacious with 4 Bedrooms and 3 baths.

I knew I recognized the HD vanities in the bath, but didn't know there was a floor hutch in the same style.

The other issue is that the architectural and decor style is very personal (it looks more like a club than a residence), which would make it even harder to sell.

It would be old Victorian style with modern twists.

I was toying witht the idea of building a small roof over the door but I feel it would take away from the tudor style.

Also, place a test ad on Craigslist for a similar style house at the rental rate you would like to obtain and gauge the response.

Modern style prefab homes, such as those offered for sale by companies such as Blu Homes, Rocio Romero, and especially Shelter-Kit seem to offer ways of building 2 bedroom units for under $130 per square foot.

We replaced the ungrounded outlets with the old style 2 prong outlets, to meet current code.
