If the unit has a dirty condenser coil it can mask a low freon issue.My best advice is to find a company who stands behind their work. mistakes happen, and when they do, the next call out should be warranty if within 30 days.  

I can put down vinyl plank flooring myself (peel-and-stick or glue-down) for less than $1,500.

They mask the smell of marijuana.

Go to Home Depot buy some peel and stick flooring and grout it.

Not just in the paint job itself, but also the failure to mask everything off properly.

Large sections of the rubber were peeling off last night due to winds catching under it and blowing it off.

There is no way you will get this for $1/ft unless they just go in and shoot the entire house one color with no flooring and mask nothing. 

I have even peeled the stamps off of the returned card and reused the stamp on a new postcard to be mailed!

Yes, they (hedge funds) will, as a group, pay higher prices than us little guys will in the same market but they can do so knowing the securitization will mask the fact they are paying full or above retail.
