I work a day job and flip on the side so my time in finding is limited in finding offline deals.Maybe I'm just ranting but I've always had a bad taste in my mouth with wholesalers because I see it as a quick, middle man way to earn a profit?

I'll be bidding, but it seems a bit of a waste of time and effort if the bank (and the agent rep'ing the bank) is not actually interested in negotiating a sale with the only guy bidding (and reaching out via email that I'm willing to chat more offline).
