I was working through an agent (a big headache) who was telling me that the mobile homes were tenant owned, but the tax records listed them all as being held by one person (not the owner).

What about if I purchase the home under 120 and then held it until I could get the house next to it and then there is enough land to build one of the size houses that are neighboring that start in the low 400’s.

It would be a risk for me, but I am wondering what would happen if the taxes got paid.I have talked with a real estate agent and they told me I would not have a dog in this hunt because it's foreclosed, and it's currently held at State for unpaid taxes and when it goes to auction it can only be sold by a real estate agent, not a private individual.
