I have no kids or spouse so I have to make sure I have enough money to afford home health care and housekeeping to avoid being shipped to the old folks home!

My W-2 is in a small health care setting where I am basically a social worker.

I worked for a Healthcare IT company for years - habing a high-paying W-2 while my husband and I aquired, flipped, BRRRR'd houses was key! 

I wish more healthcare employees were into real estate.

Kalispell has everything you need, including great healthcare facilities and yet there are out in the middle of nowhere places within an hour or two from here.
