My point is that you may have to put your head down for a bit and grind to learn the skills you need to enter into real estate investing.

You're stuck in the grind that so many other Americans are caught in, the difference is that you're in a position to get out of it easier than many.

Does anyone know someone willing to offer personal guidance to a grinding college student who's working partime at UPS, to save up for an initial duplex downpayment, in order to house hack effectively and transition smoothly out of the"rats race"?  

I know BP is a great community but I'm looking for a more pointed space without the extra noise.  

We would like to also apologize in advance for the noise, but on Tuesday the 8th we will have some maintenance people in the area repairing the (insert item here).

Is the person working on vehicles during late hours, making noise disturbing others, your tenant or a neighbor?
