It is fairly simple to profile people and I could see she had a 3-year old child and was struggling with serious financial problems by the way she dressed and since where she worked she had to have black pants so she had dyed her pants black.I am a plumber and my clothes get fairly filthy from crawling in the dirt under houses and I always wear a hat that collects spider webs.

That’s way too much money hat could have been spent investing.Books cost 10 bucks and have all the same info, and you can keep them as a reference and use them over and over.$400 spent on books and you will have all the info you will ever need.

And something like that may be more the niche I would consider investing with them in.But in no way do I believe hat their model is going to be anywhere near as profitable as being a more direct investor in real estate would be (i.e. buy and hold or flipping, SFH or MFH).At the end of the day, they're basically like having a stock broker finding their members or clients real estate deals (mcuh the same way a stock broker finds/recommends stocks).

I do agree that SD is a crazy market but there are investors like @Tim Gordon who are doing really well and hats off to them.I would imagine that's also a very competitive market may be not at SD level but compared to an average market.
