THAT eviction was no fun since we're talking July in Georgia with NO air conditioning.I finally fibbed to the Marshall and told him we had supplied the tenant with the couches and the dining room table and chairs as well as the bedroom chest of drawers.

We actually set up a card table and a couple of chairs so applicants can fill out applications on the spot, and we bring a small copier so we can copy ID, pay stubs, etc.
