Maybe it’s that the OPs question, in the abstract is just impossible to answer given the countless variables everyone faces not only deal to deal in their own market, but how wide of a spectrum our experiences seem to be as we try to compare what is happening in one market compared to another.

I've done the math countless times over the years. 

Just like many of us I have spent countless hours on youtube, reading books, analyzing deals, ect.

That's my why, along with being able to give freely and be a blessing to others, both financially and with our time, out of extreme gratitude for the countless ways God has chosen to bless us.  

I wouldn't recommend them and have told my story countless times to owners in the complex.

As I've written elsewhere, there are countless directions that this unique land investing could go.

There are countless factors that go into valuing land: what's the purpose of the land (Resi/Commercial/parking lot/etc), what does the zoning allot for that particular parcel (setbacks, height, transparency, dedications, etc), can you combine with neighboring lots, the list goes on.  

Our team spent countless hours catering to the client.

It's a juicy question, one that's sparked countless dinner table debates and late-night Google searches.

So I guess I could spend more countless hours studying and learning more.
