@Brendan MurphyIMO, there are attorneys out there that may not have made it as ambulance chasers or trip and fall types who became real estate gurus, and the advice they give isn't much different than from other gurus, other than they sell products using their assumed expertise in law which is often incorrect for the masses.

I'd imagine you could use a regular rent collection tool like RentmindMe or Tenant Cloud.
