I don't have a whole lot of after pics yet, waiting for the reno to finish and then I will post more. 

I have a rental finishing renovation soon and would like to take nice photos for the listing.

It will require about $75k to finish the remodel, and the purchase price will be about $575k.

He's very skilled and capable of everything from roofing to finish carpentry.  

@Andrew Brewer I know this is possibly irrelevant but maybe it will be a good idea to compare what prices are state-to-state, but in NJ if you want something with nice finishes... $150/sqft... if you want something with "ehhh" finishes then you can probably get down to like 100-125/sqft depending obviously on how much work you give your guys and what kind of relationship you have with them.

It has been my experience that the current retail buyers want a completely finished/updated house that needs nothing.

I recently finished up a flip project less than a mile away from this property and the seller is interested in purchasing this home and they have already been preapproved for a conventional mortgage. 

As I am finishing up the repairs I have been asked if I would consider owner financing.

Real estate has always been in the back of my mind, but between finishing grad school and starting a family, REI was just not on the radar. 

Im also looking forward to getting my real estate license at the end of this month while I finish out my two years of service with the army.
