New Investor...Owner finance or Rental

I recently purchased a property with every intent of renting it. As I am finishing up the repairs I have been asked if I would consider owner financing. I have been reading a lot of posts trying to decide what's the best way to go and I see pros and cons on both sides. Any advice is welcomed. I do own the house...there's no mortgage on it. Thank you!
