When BP starts giving you AWARDS and one of them is Addict!

I just joined BP and am addicted to the forums.

That bathroom reminds me of the "don't do drugs" commercials from the 80's where the skinny heroin addict was laying on the filthy bathroom floor.

The day I closed the Sheriff's office forcibly evicted a meth addict from one of my units.

I'm a stay at home mom with a slight addiction to real estate.

I am addicted to the podcasts and have started reading/educating myself with any spare time I can manage.My wife and I are currently rehabbing our primary residence to sell it and gain some capital to make a good run at this. 

I have spent the last several months visiting multi-unit properties, building cash flow models, speaking with a few experienced individuals and researching through articles and podcasts.I have loved every step, and as my broker (who's been a big mentor) suggested, "you're going to become addicted."

I'm addicted to it already :)  This place has so much good information!
