Do you have a co-working space to be able to have a "space" with an address outside of your neighborhood ?  

Do not run a co-ed 'by the bedroom' rental house however. 

If you are looking at a co-op or a condo, you want to ask about maintenance fees for co-op, common area charges for condo.

This is one a co-signer form for a 12 month lease.

However, Kevin do you think, I need to ask for a co-signer (parent or so)?

It must be able to pass an engineers inspection and must have a CO that there are no issues to deal with to transfer title. repair any hairline crack in cement on exterior walls and walkways.

Also there needs to be a co alarm which will be required in baltimore county and will be law every where else in a year.  

But, I'm in a position where I can work full time as a CO broker, but I can't actually do the normal activities of local networking, showing properties, etc.

With a score that low your going to have a real hard time getting any type of conventional financing without a co-signer.
