I've had a couple occasions where the seller or listing agent has had an issue with this, and in those cases I'll generally just pay cash and refinance.But, if they don't say anything, I'll just hook my lender up with my closing attorney, and from what I can tell, the seller and the seller's closing attorney never know (or don't acknowledge) that I've used financing.

I have seen that happen on more than one occasion.
