Never discuss the animal.When screening and accepting a applicant you make it very clear that you do not allow animals and that if they bring one in under the guise of a support or emotional after the fact you will have grounds for eviction for lying on the application regarding having animals.It is much easier to keep them out then get rid of them after the fact.
