Some ways for you to save money: Go to a furniture rental place, and rent the furniture and have it delivered along with decorations.

She goes through the houses after the cleanings, she makes sure the dishes are where they are supposed to be, decorative pillows are placed correctly, she will bring trash barrels in and out, pick up laundry, supplies etc...
