I’m not sure your availability but I attend a weekly Wed morning meeting called Winvestors.

I am out of NJ, but will actually be in Denver next month for a wedding if you wanted to connect. 

Long story short, after coming back from living overseas, my wife and I both found jobs, spent the money we had saved overseas on our wedding and were approved for a certain amount for a mortgage and we went to the top of our budget on a house which will never give us a return.However we ARE very lucky because our house was a flip. 

Alright BP Nation, here's Week #25 Business Update:The Good1) Marketing, Sales & ClosingWe closed three deals this week (Wed, Thurs and Fri).

Last one I sold we listed on Wed, by Friday had 3 cash buyers, no inspections, no appraisals, no contingencies, all offers over asking, one with a beat anybody else's price up to $X.  

I got a $50 starbuck gift card from him last Christmas, and a big bottle of Crown Royal when my family went to Oregon in August for a family wedding. 

@Chris Reyes The income is steadier than designing wedding gowns, my previous career.

Its much easier in the stock market because it costs less money and you can appl stock every Wed if you want to. 

Also for the delay my fiance and I are saving for a wedding in August which I know is not a wise financial investment but her mom has stage 4 breast cancer being in a coma less than a year ago and we all want her to be here for that event. 

There is one in Totowa this Wed, next week in Union County and throughout the month in Newark and Jersey City.Definitely keep learning and use this site to your advantage.
