Wiley is a global powerhouse when it comes to book publishing, they specialize in the educational market.

Tech startups tend to be about doing things in new ways, have a global focus and are often started by immigrants, etc.. 

The neighborhood has some boarded up properties, low rate of home ownership, and a vibrant neighborhood (think lots of people out on their porches during the day).

You realize that this is no more (on average) than you would pay for any merchant account to accept credit cards, AND you have the benefit of a global booking engine and PMS to boot.

With the short term rentals, while lucrative, poor weather, competition from other short term rental owners, and global pandemics can derail any plans you may have based on speculative income.

That’s what I have always admired about my brother in arms Marines.From a former USAF officer.P.s. your timing is S***, but hey nobody saw a freaking global pandemic coming....but your tenacity will get you and your family through this.

Long vacancy, bad tenant, eviction, high turnover costs, a global pandemic, a terrorist attack, a financial crisis etc etc etc can affect your cash flow in the short term.

And the US would have been further set back in the global comeptition, we are already not doing so great.
