That is not an easy undertaking, and IMO will not end well for you.

Coming from an artist/graphic designer background I have learned that its hard for people to visualize what the finish product might look like.

You could probably arrange for the property to be moved with consent of the former owner, but bear in mind any undertaking you do towards the property opens you up to liability.

I find it kinda of funny that as a graphics and website designer by trade I've never actually been a member of a forum.

The REO agent said that the woman living there was not thinking straight because she told him she was doing renovations and doesn't realize that she is about to no longer be in that house; I told him he wasn't thinking straight  ;) because she was clearly undertaking demolition, not renovations.

Musician, painter, photographer, graphic designer, dancer etc. 

He needs to get his life in order first and develop some self discipline before he undertakes this.

In saying that If I had an investor partner I believe could competently flip houses much in thanks to the fact that I am creative (graphic designer) and I love physical work.
