The property is a triplex, townhouse style, vynl sided double pane windows, roof is three years old.It was built in 1990Each unit has two beds 1 bath, 850 sq ft and 2 parking spots.

If not, they will be a waste of time.If you don't have a formal coaching program, with contracts and specific expectations, then just have them learn on the job, by asking you questions and putting your teachings in to action.

You don't have to use a autoresponder series....you can just use for the properties you want to market....just make sure your list is want to be buyers.....However...if your looking to teach people how to do wholesaling (or some other foreclosure wealth technique) you may not want to send them these properties...because they want to FLIP houses...not necessarily BUY them.Hope this helps !

I feel these real estate classes at community college are good because they will give me structure, they will teach me the basics in which I will be quizzed and graded on and they are MUCH cheaper than attending one of those seminars.

Though the swings of my occupation make it difficult to project earnings, I should barely make 6 figures this year (a goal I set for myself in February).My parents have been pushing me to get involved in real estate since March and though I am very interested, I feel like I don't know where to begin (unfortunately there's only so much school can teach).
