The note gurus are still spinning the brokerage ideas from the 80's. 

You can spin it any way you want but the truth is the truth.

I knew from research that  "confederates' -- are people probably in collusion with the guru-promoter...it was not just real estate...it was binary options, stocks...options...All I know is that I wanted to be an "investor really bad" yes I told you I was addicted...and do you know what I would see over-and-over again...the same people just about everytime I went to another "free seminar" or went to gomeeting online and yep the same people still there (recognized their names)...was I spinning my wheels?

Best thing you can do is zone in on one thing and learn everything about it rather than spin your wheels around.

The plumber has told me it was cooking grease in the lines, he spins the snake quickly when he feels the grease then runs hot water down the drain, that seems to open it up for a few months.  

I use to teach classes on IRA Investing to real estate agents for continuing education credits and those rules still make my head spin. 

You can argue it and spin it and create scenarios "proving" I'm wrong but my buddy has done thousands of evictions and he says most are "2-3" months.

If it doesn't spin freely, squirt some oil on it.
